Living in NYC offers no shortage of animation driven events to attend/submit your film.
There's ASIFA East, The Animation Block Party, Rooftop films, and one of my favorite animation events the monthly Animation Nights New York. I love this event!
Last Thursday they hosted their "May Movies" night my short film included.
The event is organized and curated by Yvonne Grzenkowicz a New York based animator/ director.

Everything about that night was charming, from the venue itself to the tremendous attendance -as you can see here- to the amazing films line up.
